RUFUS is a golden Chardonnay with a smooth texture and an intense, full-bodied, aromatic bouquet with hints of citrus. Sipping it reveals a fresh, sapid and rocky taste. Excellent with appetizers, fish, poultry and pork. Rufus also pairs well with Indian and Thai cuisine. Best served at 10-12°C.
RUFUS is made exclusively withChardonnay grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and “sur lie” ageing give this wine its typical colour: straw-yellow with light golden highlights.
