PRIME48 is aristocratic and elegant with a delicate balanced aroma full of floral and fruity notes. It’s a light Pinot Grigio with a fresh, powerful taste and pale yellow colour. Delicious as an aperitif, yet ideal for accompanying raw and cooked fish, sushi-sashimi and fresh cheeses.
