L’Ufficiale di Ruffoni is a BRUT PROSECCO DOC.
The color reminds yellow quartz, with slight greenish reflections. It has a fine, persistent perlage and the fruity scent recalls hints of golden apple, unripe pear, peach and jasmine flowers. The balanced acidity makes it lean and dry. Citrus notes finally give it a harmonious flavor.
